My name is Karin Knoblich and I am the owner of Core Relations. I am excited to provide you with information, tools and support to enjoy this awesome journey called life.
There is a saying that when the student is ready the teacher appears. I have found this to be true in my life. When I was ready to take full responsibility for my life and happiness it became clear to me that any psychological or spiritual work I did would need to include my body. I chose Core Energetics because it proved to be the most effective somatic approach I discovered on my journey. Bringing consciousness to the ways I blocked my energy allowed me to claim all of myself, free myself of depression and thrive.
My healing journey gave me the desire to pass on what I had learned. It led me from working as a photographer to practicing Core Energetics. A choice that allowed me to step into my power with an open heart. I have worked with individuals, couples and groups for more than 20 years now.
I feel blessed to be able to guide and support you in realizing your full potential and find happiness in your relationships and work. My enthusiasm and dedication are bound to inspire you to embark on this journey of self-actualization. Whether you need to navigate a life transition, recover from illness or addiction, begin dating, end a relationship, release debt, or grieve the loss of a loved one, I will walk with you at your own pace and gently guide you to find your inner resources. In freeing your Core, the part of you that is unobstructed by negative beliefs and fears, you will feel more confident and alive.
As you integrate body, mind, emotion, will and spirit you will come to know yourself as a loving human being with a vision and a life purpose, using your gifts and talents in the service of your community.

Karin is a Certified Core Energetics Practitioner (CCEP) , an Exceptional Relationship Mentor, a Radical Aliveness group facilitator. She has served as a faculty member at The Institute of Core Energetics from 2001 to 2020. She is also certified as an interfaith spiritual counselor with One Spirit Alliance.
Karin is available for individual, group, couples & supervision sessions in person and online.

An embodied approach to working with couples.
Marcia and Brian Gleason, LCSW’s developed the Exceptional Relationship approach, which is an experience-based methodology, aligned with Core Energetics principles. Their work with committed relationships supports couples in discovering their greatest gifts and deepest truths.
This authentic, rich and powerful process takes place in couple’s sessions, workshops, and books, including their latest book: Going All the Way, The Heart and Soul of the Exceptional Marriage. They both bring over 40 years of experience and are currently working on an on-line program to share their life’s work.
